Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ALLENARE ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected through allenare.fit (the "Site"). By using the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to notify you about our launch and understand how people find the Site.
Information you give us
- Email address — provided when you join our waitlist.
Information collected automatically
- Signup timestamp — when you submitted the waitlist form.
- User agent — the browser and device string your browser sends (e.g. "Mozilla/5.0 … iPhone …"). Used to understand what devices our audience uses and to detect abuse.
- Referrer — the page you came from, if any. Used to understand which channels drive signups.
We do not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers on this Site.
2. How we use your information
- To send you a launch announcement when ALLENARE is available.
- To send infrequent product updates before launch (milestones, beta invitations).
- To understand aggregate audience composition (device mix, traffic sources).
- To detect and prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent signups.
We will not sell your email or share it for marketing purposes.
3. Legal bases (for visitors in the EEA / UK)
We process your email on the basis of your consent, which you provide when you click "Join the waitlist." You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us (see "Contact" below). We process user-agent and referrer data on the basis of legitimate interests (understanding our audience and preventing abuse).
4. Service providers
We use the following service providers to operate the Site. These processors handle your data on our behalf and under contract:
- Supabase, Inc. — database hosting (stores your waitlist entry). supabase.com/privacy
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting. netlify.com/privacy
- Google LLC — serves web fonts used on the Site. policies.google.com/privacy
5. Data retention
We keep your waitlist entry until one of the following happens: (a) we send the launch announcement and you do not create an account within a reasonable period, (b) you request deletion, or (c) your email hard-bounces repeatedly. We may keep minimal records to prove consent and to honor unsubscribe requests as required by law (e.g. CAN-SPAM).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your information:
- Access — ask what we have about you.
- Correction — update inaccurate information.
- Deletion — request removal from the waitlist.
- Portability — get your data in a common format.
- Objection / withdrawal of consent — tell us to stop processing.
- Unsubscribe — every email we send will include an unsubscribe link.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We respond within 30 days.
7. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the rights listed above, plus the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected (described in Section 1), the right to correct or delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, email us and we will remove the entry.
9. Security
We protect your data using industry-standard security controls, including HTTPS encryption in transit and Row Level Security policies on our database. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique email password.
10. International transfers
Our processors (Supabase, Netlify, Google) may store or process data in the United States. If you are in the EEA or UK, your information may be transferred internationally; we rely on standard contractual clauses and our processors' transfer mechanisms.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the Site and, where required, by email.
